How can I add a new activity for contact notes or modify an existing activity option?

 

There may be times when it is necessary to either add new activities to the activity options in contact notes or modify existing activity options.  

Users with Administrator permission can add or update contact note activities via the "Add/Update Contact Activities" function in the Administration menu.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Click "Administration" on the left-hand menu
  2. Select "Add/Update Contact Activities"
  3. Add a new activity by clicking on the + icon or modify an existing activity by clicking on the edit icon
Note: To disable an activity, set "Active?" to "N"
