Report Sections
- Program Area. This identifies the program for which information is being reported.
- Family Enrolment Area. This indicates in/out numbers as well as average length of enrolment.
- Client Contact Area. This indicates the number of key client contacts that occurred for the period.
- Age Category Area. This indicates the number of Key Client Contacts (e.g. the mother), Service Targets, Family Members Receiving Services and Other Family Members. Key notes:
- Service Targets are identified based on program enrolment information.
- Family Members with no service information identified are counted as "Other Family Members".
- Service Targets and Family Members with a future date of birth (e.g. perinatal service targets) are counted in the "0-5" age band.
- Main Contacts in the 0-5, 6-12 or 13-17 age bands may be indicative of errors in the client's date of birth.
- Recent Canadian Resident Area. This indicates program participants that have been in Canada for less than three years based on the Year Came to Canada and the starting date of the reporting period.
